Call or email us for an appointment.  We can meet you at our office in Wilton Manors or pretty much anywhere that is convenient for you.  Many of our clients are unable to get around easily because of their injuries, so we see people in hospitals, in their homes, and after more than 20 years of meeting people all over town, pretty much every Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks feels like a branch office for client meetings!

Most of our client are happy that we work on contingency.  We front all the costs for filing suit, taking depositions, paying your doctors to show up for trial, etc., and we do not charge our clients any money up front as we work up the case.  We are usually paid a percentage of the total recovery we obtain from our clients, plus we get reimbursed for all the expenses we fronted.  So, our clients do not pay any legal fees or case costs unless and until we win the case.  This usually works out more affordably for clients over paying us hundreds of dollars per hour up front.  

There is no set claim value for any particular diagnosis or injury.  It all comes down to how serious the injury is and how much it affects the victim's life.  For example, if someone negligently fractured a bone in my foot, there is a certain value for what has been taken from me in terms of health.  But, if I were a professional ballet dancer or football player, then a foot fracture would probably have a greater impact on my life, so that case has more value.
